Nollywood actress and politician, Tonto Dikeh, recently opened up about her determination to live a
long and healthy life, despite facing the challenge of having a 'bad heart.' Taking to her Instagram account on a Thursday, she shared her thoughts and aspirations with her followers.Tonto expressed that her primary purpose in life is to ensure
she can be there for her beloved son. To celebrate her birthday and make a
positive change, she made the decision to gift herself a membership to a gym.
At 38 years old, she acknowledged the presence of her heart condition and
admitted that it isn't a pleasant experience. However, she shared that it was
her third day at the gym and already noticed improvements in her breathing,
pulse, and blood circulation, despite feeling overall discomfort. Her
determination and resolve stemmed from her strong desire to live a long and
healthy life for the sake of her son.
The actress also emphasized that she would always be someone
who appreciates the benefits of cosmetic surgery, including liposuction and
other procedures. However, she recognized that her substantial financial
investments in enhancing her body would be in vain without proper exercise and
the use of waist trainers, fajas, and similar fitness tools. With her own journey
